About Syllable Master
Syllable Master moves you from single letters to whole syllable blocks — the square units Korean is actually written in. The game speaks a syllable such as 가, 나 or 다, and you choose the matching block from the grid. Romanizations stay hidden until after you answer, so your ear does the work.
Three series are included: 가—하 (fourteen consonants each paired with ㅏ), and two vowel rows — 가—기 and 나—니 — where the consonant stays fixed while the vowel changes. Switching between series isolates exactly one variable at a time, which is the fastest way to hear what each letter contributes to a syllable. The syllables lesson explains how the blocks are assembled.
